Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SYNAPLOT ("we", "us") provides online inventory management software. Contact: contact@synaplot.com.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan without a card. When the trial ends, access pauses until you choose a paid plan or move to the Free plan. Your data is kept.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars, in advance. Payments are processed by Fungies, who act as our Merchant of Record and handle tax, receipts and refunds. Prices can change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then ends. We don't give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use SYNAPLOT for anything illegal, try to break or overload the service, access other customers' data, or resell the service without our permission.

7. Your data

You own the data you put into SYNAPLOT. You can export it at any time from Settings. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you close your account, we delete your data within 90 days, except where we must keep records by law.

8. Availability

We work to keep SYNAPLOT available and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time.

9. Liability

SYNAPLOT is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or don't pay. We will give notice where we reasonably can.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email account owners before it takes effect.
