What we collect

Account details: your name, email, business name and password (stored encrypted). Business data: the products, stock, orders, suppliers and customers you enter. Usage data: basic logs such as login times, used to keep the service secure.

Payments

Payments are handled by Fungies, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details. Fungies tells us your email, plan and payment status so we can switch your plan on.

How we use it

To run SYNAPLOT, send you the emails you need (welcome, invites, password resets, stock alerts, billing notices), give support, and keep accounts secure. We don't sell your data and we don't use your business data for advertising.

Who can see it

Only people in your account, according to the roles you give them, and our team when you ask for support or when needed to keep the service running. Service providers we use: our hosting provider (servers and database), Resend (sending email) and Fungies (payments).

How long we keep it

While your account is open. If you close it, we delete your data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law, such as billing records.

Security

Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, each business's data is kept separate, and backups are made regularly.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data. Most of this you can do in Settings; for anything else write to contact@synaplot.com.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we will email account owners.
